In honour of World Health Day (This year's theme is depression) our Personal Support Worker program would like to offer tips for fighting Depression

• Listen to positive, happy, upbeat music
• Stop negative thoughts about yourself (nobody’s perfect)
• Spend more time with good friends (have fun!)
• Make sure you get enough sleep
• Regular exercise helps improve your mood (and your health too!)
