Yesterday, our students took part in the Halloween Spooktacular Social organized by our credit teachers. It was an opportunity for students to network, socialize with their peers, meet the teachers, and learn about the numerous programs offered at St. Charles Adult and Continuing Education. Students from various programs, including ESL Credit, our Teacher Taught and Teacher Assisted programs, as well as Co-operative Education, Culinary Arts and Personal Support Worker programs visited the social to take part in the festivities. Our St. Charles school community prides itself on the relationships we establish with our students and their families. These relationships are unique to our community and an integral component of our students’ success.
Students participated in a raffle draw for a Tim Hortons gift card, took pictures with props in our photo booth and indulged in many delicious treats. After the social, students made their way to the cafeteria where they had a chance to see the creative pumpkins carved by our very talented Culinary Arts students. It truly was a Happy Halloween!
Congratulations to our Raffle Prize Winner Debah Hakimi, a student in our Teacher Taught Credit Course!
And finally, a thank you to everyone who participated. We look forward to the next one!
