To register, please come
in person to complete an
application form, and provide a non-refundable application fee of
$50.00. Does not guarantee acceptance.
Please bring with you:
Official high school
transcript or credit summary (contact your former school if you
don't have it)
Photo ID
Proof of Ontario
residency
Immigration
Documentation (for landed immigrants or refugees)
clean criminal
reference check (within past 6 months-original only, no
photocopies)
proof of
non-communicable diseases (must provide doctor's note as proof)
Applicants are interviewed before being
accepted.
