Employment/Volunteer Opportunities Thank you for your interest in seeking employment with the St. Charles Adult  & Continuing Education department. Teaching/Instructor applications are accepted at all times  Applications are kept on file for 6 months from the date of receipt.   All applications are available on our website, by choosing the appropriate form below. The following documentation should be included in all application packages: application form (PDF version downloadable, below.) cover letter resume certificate of qualifications in your field most recent teacher/instructor evaluation Volunteer positions and practicum placements (for student teachers) are also available. Conditions of Employment Anyone offered a position with the St. Charles Adult & Continuing Education department is required to provide a Criminal Reference Check (dated within six months) satisfactory to the department and a TB Test (dated within the year).  Any cost related to obtaining the Criminal Reference Check or TB Test is the sole responsibility of the applicant. In all cases, the required information and forms will be provided before the successful applicant will be allowed to assume their duties. Specific information about these requirements will provided at the time that any offer of employment is made.
