REGISTER EARLY ON LINE
ON-LINE REGISTRATION: Begins May 1, 2019 at http://mypath.pathtosuccess.ca
for students of the HWCDSB. They must Log in using existing MyPath account. Once logged in to MyPath, students must select “School Courses” then “HWCDSB Summer/Night School”, and then select the course and preferred location. DOWNLOAD A PERMISSION FORM (see above), and bring it signed by your Principal/designate to the first day of class. E-learning students must bring their permission form to the orientation night (Thursday June 12, 2019), or Bishop Ryan summer school office between July 2-5, 2019.
Please note that myPath will be shut down at the end of the day on Tuesday June 26. If you want to register after that, you have to come in person on July 2.
Online registration for Non-HWCDSB students begins on June 1, 2019 - students will need to create a new account (BE ACCURATE) and fill out an Online Registration form (https://via.hwcdsb.ca/
). Follow the QRC instructions found on www.stcharles.ca/ss (to be posted shortly). Bring your signed “Permission to attend” form with you to the first class. E-learning students must bring their permission form to the orientation night (Thursday June 12, 2019), or Bishop Ryan summer school office between July 2-5, 2019.
On-site registration will be held at the summer school location that the course will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00pm on July 2, 2019 and July 3, 2019 for individuals who have NOT registered online. Print the permission form from the St. Charles website and bring it (signed by your Principal or designate) with you to register.
Once students have selected a course through MyPath, the course will appear in your backpack. That is your verification that you are registered in the course (pending sufficient enrolment). If you are placed on a waitlist, that means the class is presently full.

Adult students must provide their high school transcript and Citizenship or Immigration status document to register
Please advise the Summer School Principal if you require accommodations through a formal IEP (Individual Education Plan) so we can better support your needs. Please provide a copy to your teacher.
