HWCDSB Students

1. Complete the corresponding Permission to Attend form (see below) with the course code of the course you would like to take. Must be signed by parent/guardian.
2. Make an in-person appointment with either St. Jean de Brebeuf Secondary School or Cathedral. Please use this link. Available days/times: June 24, 25 (4-7pm) and June 29, 30  (8am-2pm). Please do not call the schools for the appointment.
3. Come to the scheduled in-person appointment with the form.

For non-HWCDSB Students

1. Complete the corresponding Permission to Attend form (see below) with the course code of the course you would like to take. Must be signed by parent/guardian.
2. Make an in-person appointment with either St. Jean de Brebeuf Secondary School or Cathedral. NO LINK YET. Available days/times: TBA. Please do not call the schools for the appointment.
3. Bring the following to the scheduled in-person appointment:
   
   1. Fully completed Permission to Attend form
   2. Photo ID (Passport or a Birth Certificate accompanied by another form of photo ID)
   3. Copy of the student’s transcripts

For Reach Ahead (Grade 8 going into Grade 9) HWCDSB Students

1. Complete the Reach Ahead Permission to Attend form (see below) with the course code of the course you would like to take. Must be signed by parent/guardian.
2. Make an in-person appointment with either St. Jean de Brebeuf Secondary School or Cathedral. . Please do not call the schools for the appointment. NO LINK YET. Available days/times: TBA
3. Come to the scheduled in-person appointment with the form.

For Reach Ahead (Grade 8 going into Grade 9) non-HWCDSB Students

1. Complete the Reach Ahead Permission to Attend form (see below) with the course code of the course you would like to take. Must be signed by parent/guardian.

Courses are subject to sufficient enrolment and staff availability. Should courses not run, students will be contacted and will have the option to learn through Online Summer School.
