Program Description

  • Learn to: prepare, present and serve contemporary cuisine
  • 6-week kitchen instruction
  • Learn knife skills and techniques, safe food handling, storing/food preparation, time management, recipe terminology
  • 1 secondary school credit provided upon completion

  • October 21 - December 4, 2024 / March 27-May 13, 2025
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
