Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
32 weeks - in-class instruction + 8 weeks - work placement in the hospitality sector.
Work placement times may vary and students must be able to travel to their placements.

St. Charles Culinary Arts student Sara Munoz recently received a well-deserved $1,000 bursary Skilled Trades Bursary. This program provides bursaries to Grade 11 or 12 students who are completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), enrolled in a cooperative education program, and have plans to pursue the skilled trades.
